I used the Lutkins Group again (4yrs after my mom's house sold) They are the best. They helped me get my sisters house (a hoarder) cleand out and cleaned up. There was rust on the doors holes in the hardwood floors and lots of water damage. The Lutkins got me all the right contractors to make the house look brand new. Their flooring guy did an great job matching and repairing the kitchen floor. Their dryall and paint contractor make the house look like a model home. The Lutkins were so helpful with all the right information, where to donate, how to get rid of stuff, who to use for roof, drywall, floors. They even replaced the front light. They made my life so much easier in a difficult time. Thank you! Nick and Donna Lutkins were amazing getting my Mom’s house sold.
