I highly recommend trusting Donna and Nick to sell/buy your home. The service they provide is invaluable and I’m thankful we came across their company to sell our home! We live across the country and we wanted a smooth and stress free sale of our now vacant rental home. However, we didn’t have any realtor connections and so we initially decided to just go with a big company due to its low commission rate. We incorrectly thought that the services would be similar to any other realtor. Boy, were we wrong! This company conducted several open houses without cleaning the place and with dead mice in the garage.
