We ambitiously went for an FHA assumption loan, for that purchase, but Nick and the Lutkins group went on that journey with us and it turned out great! The Assumption will be a great help since the market in the Herndon and general Virginia Metropolitan area is so pricey. Really appreciate him and his team being patient and helpful during that process. It took about 3 months! That was more to do with the lengthy process of assuming said loan, a lot more paperwork than usual apparently, but worth it.
