Having founded The Lutkins Group in 2010 Nick and Donna found themselves helping many clients in their retirement years. Recently they embarked on their own downsizing journey after 28 years in their cherished home and know firsthand the myriad of emotions and obstacles that can accompany such a transition. We live across the country and we wanted a smooth and stress free sale of our now vacant rental home. However, we didn’t have any realtor connections and so we initially decided to just go with a big company due to its low commission rate. We incorrectly thought that the services would be similar to any other realtor. Boy, were we wrong! This company conducted several open houses without cleaning the place and with dead mice in the garage.
